At Halliday, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Halliday account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Device
Carefully place the item in its original box with all cables, manuals, and components, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
